Your hot water, UMA ( gas cooktop) and Electricity is supplied in bulk by Metered Energy Holdings PL (MEH). Metered Energy’s role is to administer the reading of the meters, billing, collection of payments and maintenance of the hot water plant.
The MEH web site also contains tips on how to minimise energy consumption and cost. Metered Energy is proud of the high levels of service provided to their customers.

Calls made outside of these hours will be forwarded to a Message Service.
The Electricity Account for your site is being managed by Locality Planning Energy (LPE).
LPE’s billing cycle occurs monthly and bills will be distributed via Email around the 19th of each month.
They offer a range of convenient bill payment methods including Direct Debit, BPAY and PostBill Pay. All options are listed on the back of your bill. Please call LPE’s billing department on 1800 040 168 if you would like to set up a Direct Debit payment option on your account, make alternative arrangements or require further clarification at any time.
If you hold a current Pensioner Concession Card, Government Seniors Card or Gold Card, you may be eligible for the Queensland Government Electricity Rebate. For more information on your entitlements please contact us.
